WPO as a Moral Movement Attends the Inauguration of GOW and WKRI Leaders in Bima City

On April 28, 2025, the World Peace Organization (WPO) as a moral movement represented by HE. Mia Srikandi a Regional Director of NTT NTB region continues to work together with the wider community and social organizations to support the government programs in the field of peace and prosperity. In support of the inauguration of the Gabungan Organisasi Wanita (GOW) leaders in Bima City, WPO was present as a form of commitment to building a harmonious and prosperous society.

The inauguration ceremony, attended by the Mayor of Bima, H.A. Rahman H. Abidin, SE, and his wife, the Chair of TP PKK, Ekawati A. Rahman, SE, (link unavailable), was also attended by 30 members of organizations that are part of GOW and Wanita Katolik Republik Indonesia (WKRI). This event marks an important moment for the women’s organizations in Bima City to continue to synergize and contribute to the regional development.

In his remarks, the Mayor of Bima gave a mandate to all the GOW members to carry out the organizational programs well, as well as maintain and implement cleanliness in the surrounding environment with the principle of BISA (Clean, Beautiful, Healthy, and Fresh). The Deputy Mayor of Bima, Jumriah Feri Sofiyan, SH, as the Chair of GOW, is committed to making this inauguration a success and continuing to work together to support the government programs.
