“In 2022, the challenges are extraordinary, to become entrepreneurs we must have a warrior mentality according to the Hipmi ‘Entrepreneur warrior, entrepreneur warrior’. Where there is uncertainty with COVID-19, there is this variant, there is this variant,” said Maming.

Even so, Indonesia is considered to have been able to get through the pandemic period. Even Indonesia is included in the 5 big countries that can control the Covid-19 situation. This nation will progress so it must prepare its young people. The young people were gathered in the association of young Indonesian entrepreneurs. Maming believes that by 2030 Indonesia can catch up with other countries. “Because this nation is a nation that has been prepared by its seniors to face future leaders,” he explained.

Meanwhile, according to the Chair of APKASI who is also the Regent of Dharmasraya Regency, Sutan Riska Tuanku Kingdom, that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia for approximately two years has greatly affected all aspects of life. Especially the health and economic conditions of the community, this pandemic is an important lesson for the community to always implement a healthy lifestyle. Meanwhile, for the government, adequate health facilities and supporting professional health workers are a priority in improving public services.

Meanwhile, from an economic perspective, the impact of the pandemic has caused economic growth in various parts of the world, including Indonesia, to be slow due to this activity restriction. However, with the persistence and togetherness of all components of the nation to restore various aspects of people’s lives that had slumped as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, in general, things have gradually improved.

“And we would like to thank the President, the TNI, the National Police Chief who collaborated with the local government to make the Covid 19 vaccination a success. And this proves that we as a great nation can work together to solve this nation’s problems. In the implementation of the national economic recovery followed by the implementation of the PPKM policy.

And vaccination acceleration is the main pillar of increasing economic growth after the Covid 19 pandemic. We as APKASI administrators are optimistic that in 2022, national economic growth will continue to improve along with increasing public awareness of the importance of complying with health protocols. Especially against the threat of a new virus, namely Omicron,” said the Chairman of APKASI.

Meanwhile, the Regional Government, especially the Regency Government, continues to strive to innovate governance in focused, participatory and sustainable planning and budgeting by utilizing information technology that supports the acceleration of economic recovery in the regions.

“We also encourage fellow regional heads to accelerate the implementation of business. Through regulatory reforms in the regions to improve the investment ecosystem. And the implementation is trying to be conducive. We believe that investment is one of the important factors that can accelerate regional economic revival. To accelerate regional economic recovery, after the 19th pandemic, many things are needed.

This includes civil society and the private sector. For this reason, APKASI and those representing the Regency Government with HIPMI which oversees the entrepreneurs will continue to collaborate for the recovery of the regional economy. And also we in the Regions support the G20, and will present quality MSMEs that we will present to the G20 later. And I ask for the role of entrepreneurs in the region to strengthen MSMEs in the region, we from APKASI are ready to fully support and collaborate with HIPMI to be able to improve the welfare of the people in Indonesia.
