BANJARMASIN – Ir H Edy Sudarmadi was re-elected as Chairman of the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI) of South Kalimantan Province for the period of 2022-2026.

The former chairman of HDCI South Kalimantan, a successful businessman from Banua, is responsible for the second time in charge of the automotive sports organization in South Kalimantan, during the Provincial Conference (Musprov) which took place at the Aria Barito Hotel, Saturday (26/2/2022).

The Musprov IMI of South Kalimantan was officially opened by the Governor of South Kalimantan who was represented by Assistant II for General Administration of the South Kalimantan Provincial Government, Siswansyah and was attended by the South Kalimantan KONI Firdaus Mansyuri, as well as representatives of automotive club representatives and city/district observers in South Kalimantan.

Siswansyah, the South Kalimantan Provincial Government Assistant, in his remarks after opening the event, said that as long as IMI South Kalimantan was under the leadership of Ir H Edy Sudarmadi, the automotive human organization in South Kalimantan continued to develop and progress. Siswansyah said, in the midst of the pandemic, IMI Kalsel continues to actively organize events and send racing athletes and make achievements on the national level, such as the 2nd winner of the national test slalom for female racer Dina Pristia, Hendra Rusadi, a motorcycle racing athlete who won even nationally in the President’s Cup, Rayhan won 3 motorcycles. across national levels.
