Morowali – dr Erin, a female racer from the Indonesian Motor Association, South Kalimantan, won an award at the prestigious trail adventure event AKL 88 Racing Team Morowali Trail Adventure Part 2 which was held in Morowali, Saturday (11/12/2021).
dr Erin, who is known as the Raja Rikan Srikandi, competes with his trail bike to explore extreme paths in the Laantula Jaya Witaponda Field, Central Sulawesi. dr Erin is not alone, along with two other riders Cindy (Bandung-Jabar) and Arinda (Malang-Jatim) wowed the audience who packed Laantula Jaya Field to witness the action of three female riders at AKL 88 Racing Team Morowali Trail Adventure Part 2.
dr Erin along with more than 1,000 participants managed to try out the route for tens of kilometers with 3 extreme climbs until it was smooth to the finish. Where the location is waiting for the ultimate ascent of Daltrac888 which has a special prize of Rp. 50 million.
For those who can get through it. Prizes for the Raja Tanjakan Sulawesi 2021, namely the main grand prize of 1 car and 5 motorbikes for all winners in this competition. Erin, who was contacted via her onsel while at the finish area, said she was satisfied with the track prepared by the committee.
“So besides me and two other guest stars, a thousand more participants were challenged to conquer tens of kilometers of paths that crossed dry land, mud, rivers, and 3 fairly difficult climbs to reach the finish line. So, if all of them are successful until the finish, then the participants will have the opportunity to compete to conquer the main incline of Daltrac888, “said Erin.
In this Daltrac888 climb, he continued, it consists of 3 more parts, namely the Heroine Climb, the Bore Up Climb, and the Built Up Climb. “Of all the participants who took part, judging by the three climbs, they had a fairly high level of difficulty, and very few were able to reach the top,” he explained.
The participants who managed to emerge as conquerors of Daltrac888 who were entitled to a total prize money of IDR 50 million and of course crowned as the Kings of the Sulawesi Rise in 2021 were Erwin Bye-Bye (34), Bion Senduk (78), Mamen (325), and Aurora (94).
Meanwhile, the Chairperson of the MTA Part 2 Organizing Committee, Herry, said that the enthusiasm of the participants in enlivening the 22nd series of Harjad Morowali Regency was extremely high. “For the AKL88 Racing Team MTA Part 2 event, we present 100 percent new and more exciting paths, of course the climb is more extreme than our previous event. Alhamdulillah, the participants reached more than 1000 people,” said Herry.
