Banjarmasin – As a regional company (Perusda), PT Bangun Banua certainly targets various business units in 2021. So that it will increasingly develop and will certainly have a positive impact on the development contribution of South Kalimantan.
PT Bangun Banua General Director Yusni Hardi admitted that his parties continues to develop business units as a breakthrough so that the Perusda owned by the South Kalimantan Provincial Government is more dynamic in business.
“God willing, there will be a new business in 2021, and we have discussed it with various parties in developing that business,” he said as reported on baritopost.co.id, Thursday (24/21/2020).
Yusni, who is also the Secretary of the Indonesian Journalists Association (Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia – PWI) of South Kalimantan, said that in addition to the hotel and coal business, in the future it will hasten the realization of developing new business into the retail-based industry of Liquified Petrolium Gas (LPG) and tower providers.
“We will realize LPG gas provider and retail towers, and business in the LPG business sector, all of which have collaborated with PT Pertamina. For our tower provider, we have been given the authority to handle remote rural areas in 13 areas in South Kalimantan,” he added.
PT Pertamina will complete the licensing for the development of the LPG business. “Bangun Banua is only a supplier. However, in management, his party is still a working partner to participate in distributing to the community later,” he explained.
If retail gas is realized, the LPG sold will still use the highest retail price (HET) according to the regulations of the government. “The rescoalization of the target is confirmed by the beginning of January 2021, it will start running,” he said.
In addition to realizing LPG retail, he revealed, the tower provider that collaborates with one of the state-owned companies is not just a diurse. Where, this will be proven in his party’s first pilot project, namely focusing on remote rural areas in the Tabalong Regency area.
“We will build a provider tower, where this project is a special step so that people in remote villages can fully enjoy the internet like those in urban areas. And Tabalong district is the first pilot project,” he said.
With a number of businesses being developed, PT Bangun Banua will strive to maximize PAD. “We must be optimistic that it will be achieved, and every effort is able to contribute to Regional Original Income (PAD),” he added.
