Manokwari – Pamong Praja Security Guard of Manokwari Governance with Manokwari Police and Manokwari Military force will run Regent Manokwari Bill Number 188.5/821.9/2020 about health protocol in speed up preventing and handling of Covid-19 and administrative sanction implementation on violation of health protocol, Monday (21/9)
Act Manokwari Regent, Edi Budoyo, address that Regent bill issued by Manokwari District Government about implementation of health protocol is government effort to make mask put in order. People have to follow protocol health to avoid spreading of Covid-19.
“It was been socialized and agreed that using mask have to be ordered and began in Monday (21/9) by sweeping in the street. That is why since today (Monday) we will sweep to the rider who do not use mask. It have yet strict rule” Edi said
Social sanction will be implemented offender with sweeping road and cleaning drainage. “For rule offender, there are not money sanction, yet social sanction only”
Meanwhile Chief of Manokwari Taskforce for Covid-19, drg. Hendri Sembiring explained, in accordance with joint agreement among tribal chief, religion figure, traditional leader, and public figure to implement Regional bill about implementation of health protocol today
“Begin by this day, chief of Pamong Praja Security Guard, Military forces and Police was ready to enforce Regent bill” Sembiring said
In line with Regent direction, Sembiring said that his team have delivered 4.00 mask for military force and 2.500 for Pamong Praja Security Guard and Police
In the first day of Regents bill implementation is only warn to use mask but next is social education for the stubborn namely sweeping the road, singing Indonesia song or Papua land and etc.
