BANJARMASIN – Syafruddin H Maming denied the news media linking his name in the alleged case of illegal coal mining in the village Mangkal Api, Teluk Kepayang, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan, with suspects SR alias Ipul Director of PT. SBKW.

In his statement to apahabar.com, Wednesday (12/8/2021), Syafruddin H Maming explained that PT. SBKW is an official or legal mining company and have a permit. Incidentally, the suspect SR alias Ipul is the director. “However, what SR did, who was suspected of carrying out illegal mining, was his business.” personally, and has absolutely nothing to do with PT. SBKW,” said Cuncung.
He explained that PT. SBKW itself has not carried out mining activities for a long time. “Since 2020, PT. SBKW is no longer carrying out mining activities,” he said Syafruddin H Maming alias Cuncung.
Therefore, Cuncung deeply regrets the news that a number of media have linked his name even carries the name of his younger brother, the General Chairperson of BPP Hipmi Mardani H Maming in the case of the suspect SR alias Ipul, without any confirmation and checking and balance.
“We have nothing to do with the case of SR’s brother as well as with PT. SBKW,” said Cuncung.
Meanwhile, the suspect SR alias Ipul, stated that he was the sole suspect on his personal behalf, has nothing to do with PT. SBKW and other parties.
In a WA message received by one of his friends, the suspect SR alias Ipul also revealed that he had signed the minutes of examination or BAP in Tanah Bumbu Police investigator as a suspect and has been detained.
