Demonstration in Banten End Chaotic, Head Ops of Banten Police Wounded

Banten – The Student Action which was joined in the Banten Geger Alliance held a demonstration in front of the UIN campus of SMH Banten to reject the ratification of the Omnibus law on the Job Creation Bill which led to chaos.

The action against the Omnibus law Law was colored by throwing stones by students when it was dispersed by the police. Karo Ops Polda Banten Kombes Aminudin Roemtaat was injured in the head due to a stone throwing.

Based on the monitoring of tangerangonline.id Group Siberindo.co in the location, riots started at 18.45 WIB, the police were forced to shoot tears because the students refused to be disbanded.

“Got a stone, this,” said Roemtaat, pointing to his forehead at the scene, Tuesday (6/10).

According to him, the stones that were thrown came from the UIN campus.

“Earlier securing the perpetrator, don’t get beaten, instead I was thrown,” he said.
Currently, students are still staying on the UIN SMH campus. They are still in there. General Sudirman artery road is still closed by the police.
