Banda Aceh – Acting Governor of Aceh, Nova Iriansyah, suggested that board of Village Head Administration Association (Asosiasi Pemerintah Desa Seluruh Indonesia/Apdesi) of Aceh Province, should give companion and training to village administrators so that village administration have sufficient capacity to manage their village through village fund given by central government
“I hope that Apdesi engage in coaching and empowering for village apparatues so that available village fund could be optimilize” Nova said when receiving Apdesi board of Aceh Province in his official house, Friday (10/07)
According to Nova, village fund is an answer for village need. That is why he hope that village fund well optimized. “Village fund is accumulation from village interest, budget and village aspiration that make as a Law”
In addition, Nova suggest that Village development program of Aceh Province could adopt another village samples out of Aceh. There were others villages out Aceh which got success in budget management and get village revenue.
“Duplication is allowed. If there were innovation from other region, another region could duplicate it” Nava said
Acting Governor reminded that village fund after 2020 should be used to people economic empowerment such as entrepeneurship training.
In accordance with acting Governor, Head of People and Gampong Empowerment Office, Azhari, said that companion and training to village apparatues should be give continiously. Village fund is big enough and neec capacity no manage village fund effectively, accurately and accountable and village (Gampong) become independent and people become prosperous
“This fund (village fund) is big enought. If not accompanied and educated it will not lead to serious impact for to the people” Azhari said
Previously, Head of Apdesi of Aceh Province, Muksalmina, explained some of role and Apdesi function. Muksalmina said that Apdesi is an organization which constantly give advocation for village apparatues who deal with law in village fund management
At this moment, Muksalmina delivere some of recomendation from Apdesi board to Aceh Govenment as the result of Coordination Meeting of Apdesi Aceh. Muksalmina hope support from Aceh Government to run Apdesi in line with role and function for Aceh people
