Leading by Chief of Detective Unit for Illegal Drug, Yaddi Purnama, Tanah Datar police investigate to location where RH lived. Police find RH sitting in a food stalls and execute body search immediately witnessed by Head of Town with local youths
It was found 1 drug package, methampethamine type, wrapped by clear plastic and cigarette foil. RH admit that drug with methampethamine type is belong to him. RH and evidence were secured. Some of them are; 1 package clear crystal drug wrapped by cigarette foil and clear plastic, 1 sheet of cigarette foil and 1 mobile phone unit.
RH will by snared by Law of Illegal Drugs Number 35/2009 article 114 (1), article 112 (1), article 132 (1), article 127 (1) with minimum punishment 4 year jail and maximum punishment 20 year jail
