Amirudin, public relation officer of West Sulawesi Attorney office, said that DM examinated since 09.00 am untill .2.30 pm in North Jakarta office
DM asked by 50 questions to dig suspect statement and to complete document of that case. However, DM was not jailed because health condition.
“Investigator did not jailed DM because of health reason” Amirudin said ini his short explanation, Friday (11/12)
Based on prosecutor investigation it is found that suspected along with MA as the committing officer are againts the law and make corruption criminal act at that procurement.
